Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PSSC Window Films. We are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and happiness with our products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy outlines how we can assist you.

Exemptions or Non-Returnable Items

For reasons of hygiene, safety, and per industry standard, certain items are non-returnable. Non-returnable items include custom-made goods, sale items, or goods deemed as ‘Final Sale’ at the point of purchase. Please review your purchase carefully before confirming your order.

Conditions for Return

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must be in its original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Please enclose the receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will provide you with instructions to return these items. We will inspect the item upon receipt, and if it is indeed faulty or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will initiate a full refund to your credit card or original method of payment.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). The credit will be received within 3-5 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Returns and Refunds

If only part of the item is returned or if the returned item has defects that were not present when the item was shipped, you will only be refunded for the undamaged portion of the product.

Delivery

You will be responsible for paying for your own delivery costs for returning your item. Delivery costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been delivered, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
