Delivery Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not delivered on weekends or holidays. In the event of a significant delay in delivery of your order, we will notify you via email or telephone.
Delivery Rates and Delivery Estimates
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery method
We deliver orders through Royal Mail or DHL. Delivery is free for orders totalling £25.00 or more. Once delivered, your order is expected to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please note, delivery delays can occasionally occur.
International Delivery
We can deliver internationally, however, due to varying international delivery costs, duties, and customs charges, we recommend customers contact us directly at info@pssc.co.uk before placing an order for delivery outside the UK.
Delivery Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages in Delivery
PSSC Window Films is not responsible for Goods damaged or lost during delivery. If you receive your order in a damaged condition, please contact PSSC Window Films promptly. We will guide you through the necessary steps to report the issue to the carrier. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods during the claim process.
Return Delivery
